Gallery Terms and Conditions

Everyone here at the Oxford-Orion Kiwanis Club welcomes you to a newly created feature along with the launch of this website - "The Gallery".  By agreeing to the terms expressed below or by visiting the Gallery links and pages, understand that the administrators of Kiwanis Gallery have the sole right and discretion to administer any changes for the continued enjoyment of this feature for everyone.  

Visitors are free to view and enjoy the photos as well as gauge a more personalized view of how Kiwanians in the local community have helped those in need.  In addition, registered users of the Gallery may also create independent Photo Albums to upload pictures of their own - i.e. a group gathering, special party, or other functions enjoyed by members of the Club or for fund-raising events.  Other photos of Kiwanis-Related coverage are also welcome if considered mutually local to the Oxford / Lake Orion area.

 That having been said, there are a couple simple rules that need to be mentioned for the betterment of the photo galleries:

1.  NO disrespectful comments or harassing other users.

2.  NO objectionable photos.  Photos must retain a tangible relevancy to the Oxford-Orion Kiwanis Club or events in the local community.  Most people know what photos are and are not allowed.  Severe compromisers of this rule will have their photos / albums deleted and be banned without warning.

3.  NO severe overloads on bandwidth or disk space.  Although a lax limit is created for everyone's enjoyment, those who feel to abuse this privilege will have quotas established or be banned outright.

4.  Do not argue in comment posts or, if concern must be made, comment constructively.  Otherwise take your concerns to email, instant messengers, blogs, or elsewhere.  If there is something to be resolved with photo issues or technical issues, please contact the Webmaster.  

5.  Have Fun and enjoy taking photos!

6.  As a note, the previous hardware limitation that prevented the saving of smaller resolution photos has now been removed.  Enjoy all sizes of photos!
